I was studying wings and after hours of reading and training, I ended up developing a new tech for myself! This is the result for the wings and even there, I got my new tech to hair! Much more easier and faster than the other I used to paint hair. So, this piece was a beta test for the two techniques, and It ended up good for me. About you?
About this work...
It's an angel, on a corn field, capturing lost souls with her Sending Mist. Ok, I've been playing a lot of Final Fantasy X, so, I got SO inspired with Pyreflies, Lost Souls and Lights! ahuauhahua Great game, by the way.
I used a stock for reference for the girl, it is ~Kuoma-stock [link] . I started using her cause she looks SO much like a friend of mine, it's almost like I've been using her as a reference. lol
I've spent about 10 hours on it and have used Adobe Photoshop CS3, Corel Painter X, mouse and tablet. YESH, I am using Painter now!

EDIT: After a perspective class with a dear friend (Nelsinho), I've got some changes on the clouds back there, to almost get the effect i've wanted... At least now they look closer to the girl, I think! Sorry to bother you with the picture again ahuahuaa
